Allterra Group allows cancellation 30 days prior to the event by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a $75 cancellation fee assessed at the time of refund. No refunds are permitted inside 30 days of the event under any circumstances.
Pass Transfer Policy:
You may transfer your conference registration to another individual for the same event you are registered for by notifying us in writing at email@example.com. All substitution requests will be processed within two business days. Substitutions must be completed within two weeks of the start of the event.
In the unlikely event Allterra Group, LLC is compelled to cancel Valuation Expo due to an unforeseen reason such as an act of God or economic catastrophe; this conference will be rescheduled and possibly relocated to another city. Allterra Group, LLC will make every effort to minimize the inconvenience to our attendees. Exhibitor/Sponsorship fees will not be refunded regardless of notice.
